SERVICE LISTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN ASSOCIATES AND CALL FOR PRO

This Service Listing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned Associate ("Associate"), a business providing construction and/or related services, and Call for Pro, a platform managed and operated by Oreng Consulting INC, a company registered in the State of Massachusetts, USA, with its principal office in Massachusetts ("Call for Pro").

1. PURPOSE

Call for Pro provides an online directory and promotional service through its website and mobile application (“Platform”) for construction and service professionals. By entering this Agreement, the Associate agrees to have their company profile and service offerings listed on the Call for Pro Platform.

2. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

Call for Pro only provides visibility and listing services and does not participate in or assume responsibility for any services rendered by the Associate, including but not limited to:

• Work quality

• Deadlines

• Payments or billing

• Disputes with clients

All service-related matters are solely the responsibility of the Associate.

3. MARKETING SERVICES

Depending on the plan selected by the Associate, Call for Pro may contract third-party providers to deliver marketing services. These may include but are not limited to:

• Website creation

• Social media setup and optimization

• Paid and organic traffic generation

The scope and availability of such services are outlined in the respective plan selected by the Associate.

4. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Access to the Platform and available services is subject to the selected plan. For a full list of plans, features, and pricing, Associates must visit:

5. NO EMPLOYMENT OR PARTNERSHIP

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Associate and Call for Pro. Each party remains an independent entity.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Associate acknowledges and agrees that Call for Pro bears no liability or responsibility for any damages, losses, or disputes arising out of services performed by the Associate or resulting from the Associate’s relationship with clients.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as the Associate maintains an active plan on the Platform. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial periods of service.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA.
